To Exhibit is FREE - (only your time and effort required!)
There are 3 main entrant sections - (1) Open, (2) Amateur and (3) Children's
These sections are designed for the following Entrants (1) Professional, Trade,
Amateur & indeed Children, (2) Amateur & Children and (3) only Children.

All exhibits should be correctly named etc....."when you finally come to stage your exhibits.
This includes naming subject/place of photographic entries.
Deadline for entering the competition
ENTRY FORMS MUST BE IN BY
FRIDAY 16th MARCH 2012It doesn't cost to enter so please get your entry forms in straightaway
to help the show organisers plan an early layout.
All competitors except Photography * entrants must stage their exhibits at the Pavilion
on Friday 23rd March between 10 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. The hall will then be cleared
of all persons except Judges. Judging of exhibits will then take place at 6.30 p.m.
* Exhibits in the Photography section will be accepted at the Pavilion on Thursday 22nd March 9.00am
- 5.00pm and Friday 23rd March 9.00 - 12.00am ready for display.
